KSS Alabama’s Bryant Mize recently sold and participated in the installation of a SAI CIM rail scale – model NP1260 weighbridge.

Murray Energy, with multiple mines in the US, bought a defunct mine in Alabama for which KSS was the scale sales and service provider. Murray, also a KSS customer working with Global Loadout Sales Manager , Lord Walker in other parts of the US, uses KSS FloodMaster & WeighMaster software in their coal loadouts.

Having reopened the Alabama mine, Murray turned to Kanawha Scales to provide the weighing expertise needed. The rail scale shown above works with and sends weight data to the train loadout located there, which also uses our KSS FloodMaster software.
