Keith Meagley has been a cornerstone of the KSS Dayton service team for nearly 10 years. Since starting as a technician, he’s steadily worked his way up and recently accepted a promotion to Service Supervisor position in our Dayton, OH, location.
Dayton Sales & Project Manager, Nate O’Brian says, “Keith has played a key role in growing our new customer base both in the service & sales departments. The relationships he’s built are priceless. Keith has been a great mentor for new and growing technicians, as well as our whole team.”
With an associate degree in electronic engineering and three decades of experience in the scale industry, Keith has cultivated an excellent reputation due to his technical skill, leadership, and passion for his craft. He maintains great customer relationships, and we often get feedback from them praising his work.
Keith’s journey in industrial weighing began in 1998, where he quickly discovered his knack for solving complex problems. At KSS, he is known for his ability to troubleshoot even the most challenging issues when it comes to old and newer scales alike.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys collecting antique mechanical scales, a hobby that perfectly aligns with his appreciation for craftsmanship and history. In addition to his professional and personal interests, Keith is deeply committed to his community. As a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, he plays a vital role in mentoring and guiding young people.
Keith’s leadership skills are equally evident in his role at Kanawha Scales & Systems. As Service Supervisor, he not only ensures projects run smoothly but he also takes the time to mentor his team. Colleagues admire his ability to stay calm under pressure and his willingness to share his wealth of knowledge.
Keith’s dedication, expertise, and passion make him an invaluable member of the Kanawha Scales & Systems family. Whether he’s restoring a vintage scale, guiding the next generation of scouts, or leading his team through a complex project, Keith exemplifies the values of hard work, curiosity, and service.
Thank you, Keith, for your years of commitment and for making a lasting impact both within the company and in your community.
